IMPORTANT INFORMATION ( PLEASE READ )

• DAY OF PHOTOSHOOT:
  Please ensure the property is staged, cleaned, and all homeowners & occupants are off the premises ( other than the realtor ) on the scheduled day. It is expected the realtor open and close the property* If a lockbox is on site, please include the code in the booking field below. If the property is not ready on day of the photoshoot (photographer is on site) and a re shoot is required, the Client understands he/she will be charged for the FULL reserved amount.

• TURNOVER:
  A typical photoshoot between the business hours of 9-5 will take between 2 to 4 hours. The turnaround time for both Photography & Video services is 1-2 business days after the completion of the photoshoot. For full day shoots (4-12 hours) with twilights / 3D & Floor plans please expect 2-3 business days after completion. Please use the email thread for updates + change orders. Edits and change orders are subject to a billable charge of $125 per hour.

• MISSED / CANCELLED APPTS:
  Please note that if an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled without at least 12 hours' notice, a fee of 50% charge of the reserved service amount will apply. Re-shoots are billed separately. In the event of a *weather-related cancellation, the client is responsible for selecting an alternative date.

• BOOKING RELATED QUESTIONS: Business hours are from 9-5pm Monday - Friday. Bookings before or after regular business hours are considered twilight* please choose which service you need correctly. If a booking is made on a Friday please expect a Tuesday delivery*

• TRAVEL FEES:
  For locations more than 50 km outside of Barrie, a travel fee of $1 per KM(round trip) will apply.

• LICENSING: The client is granted a license to use the photos/videos for a set period ( 1 year) client does not own the content or its copyright - The client cannot resell, distribute, upload online, reuse, or monetize the content without explicit permission.
